The first project completed in the JPS Master Facility Plan, Medical Home Southwest Tarrant brings care closer to families in one of the county’s fastest-growing regions. Designed around our JPS mission, this community-based center offers convenient access to essential health services under one roof — making care more coordinated, more connected, and more accessible for those who depend on us most.
