JPS joined with Cook Children's Health Care System to open a new neighborhood health center that brings primary care, behavioral health and specialty services closer to families in the Las Vegas Trail neighborhood.
Project Overview
The Las Vegas Trail Health Center was built to bring healthcare, wellness, and support services to a community that had gone decades without convenient access to care. Developed in partnership with Cook Children’s, the City of Fort Worth, LVT Rise, WestAid and area nonprofits, the center reflects our mission to meet people where they are — creating a welcoming place for families to connect with providers they trust, close to home.
